Forgery #18 - Lucy Parker 1844 Sampler Kit

A delightful little sampler dated 1844 from Digby, Nova Scotia, Canada. The sampler also documents that Lucy Ann Parker made this little beauty when she was 13 years old. The sampler is comprised mainly of Cross Stitch, with some of the lettering worked in Cross over one, and the bottom row of alphabets done in Algerian Eye Stitch. 

Finished size:  10 1/8" x 14 1/8"  
Fabric: 28 count Natural Linen  

Stitches Used: Cross Stitch, Cross over one, Algerian Eye.
